FAQs

What if I want my money back after the 2 weeks?

Easy. All you have to do is send a message inside the app or an email to ethan@ethanmurray.com.au with your name and requesting your money back and Ethan will refund you no questions asked.

What if I don't like my training routine?

V.I.P 1-1 Clients have their program custom made and updated every 4 weeks to their needs after a questionnaire with Ethan and if you don't like the program for that month you are entitled to any alterations you like.

If you join the group program you can substitute exercises within the training days yourself but the program itself won't be changed outside of the monthly updates.

What if I don't like my meal plan?

V.I.P 1-1 Clients have their own custom made meal plans which won't be developed til you run through a questionnaire with Ethan to make sure it meets your needs, again any alterations can be made as needed.

With the Group Program the meal plans are generic based on calorie and macro targets but ingredients may not be specific to your taste, however the calorie and macro tracking provided will teach you how to make substitutes so you can alter the meals to your liking whilst sticking to calorie and macro targets.

How long will it take to start getting results?

You will start getting results from Week 1.
9/10 Men will lose their first kilo of body fat in the first 7 days.
Permitting you stick to the nutrition and training guidelines you will be losing body fat every week.
The more weight you have to lose the faster you will lose it so if you're a 100kg+ guy you could expect to lose up to 2kg/wk with high adherence to the guidelines.

How do I cancel?
